About Us
Aspen Grille opened under new ownership with Curry Martin taking the reins in summer 2009. Martin, a graduate of Johnson & Wales
University's culinary arts program, worked extensively in the restaurant and wine industries in North Carolina, Napa Valley and France before taking ownership of the restaurant.
Martin brings a commitment to quality dining using fresh ingredients in a comfortable setting, where diners can enjoy local seafood and prime steaks. The restaurant’s menu, which changes seasonally, offers crispy fried oysters, warm goat cheese crostini and fried green tomatoes. Main courses feature a daily market fresh fish served with sautéed seasonal vegetables and pan roasted potatoes, USDA Prime filet mignon, and skillet seared sea scallops. Aspen Grille’s menu is designed around the concept of simple but delicious food sourced from only the best local suppliers.
The Aspen Grille features recently refreshed décor with seating for approximately 120 people and a full bar. A private dining area with seating for 24 is available for private parties, special events and business outings. The restaurant is open for dinner beginning at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday from September to May, and 7 nights a week from June through August. Enjoy live music entertainment and happy hour specials nightly.
